Booking Terms and Conditions

 

To ensure fairness to staff and other clients, please be informed of your responsibilities when booking an appointment.


Appointment booking necessary by telephone confirmation. Messages left on answering machine does not constitute confirmation or cancelation of appointment.
In the event of late arrival, clients must call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure the appointment can be reserved.
Management cannot guarantee clients who arrive late will be seen..
In the event of booking a complimentary treatment or voucher, 24 hour notification of cancelation is required. Missed appointments are considered void and, no other complimentary or voucher appointment will be offered.
The managament reserve the right to reject a booking and cancel any appointment by notification of text, email or telephone at their discretion.
Payment may be required in advance of treatment.
 
Clients seeking teeth whitening must have visited their dentist at least 12 months in advance of treatment.
 
Clients will be dismissed if they are deemed unfit for treatment.
 
Aftercare on all treatments must be strictly adhered to.
