Detox at Home
First 1. Prepare for your detox - 3 - 5 days before detox
- De clutter your home
- Clean out fridge / food presses
- Remove unhealthy processed food items
- Start to Reduce caffeine, alcohol, sugar, dairy
- Start drinking more water. Ideally 2 litres distilled water per day
- Clean out wardrobes and offload unused goods (charity shop)
- Clean your house thoroughly
- Hoover carpets thoroughly
- Change bed sheets
- This prepares your mind and makes space for detox and limits distractions
- Book time off work - 3 days minimum
- Write down 10 benefits you want to achieve from your detox on page 1 of your note book
- Lose weight
- Increase energy
- Clearer skin
- Reduce appetite
- Flatten tummy
- Aid digestion
- Mental clarity
- Improve well being
- Improve mood
- Book colonic irrigation on day 1, 2 or 3
- Book massage on day 1, 2 or 3. Ideally day before colonic

- Get a Notepad
- Dry body brush
- E 45 cream
- Get a juicer

- Herbal teas of choice ( no green tea)

- Bentonite clay, psyllium husks
- Vit b
- Chlorella & spirilina
Nightly
- Use a dry body brush to brush upward or towards the heart
- Run a warm bath. Add Epsom salts
- Soak for 30 minutes
- Apply bio oil to the body & face
- Go to bed
- Read your benefits in your notebook
- Make a note of any thoughts that pop into your mind. Write them down
- Close notebook and sleep
- If you are hungry, take fish oils with hot water
Day 1
Book massage today for later afternoon/ early evening
Morning
- Slice a lemon. Add to pint of hot water
- Take with fish oils
- Zinc, magnesium, calcium
- Bentonite clay, psyllium husk
- Drink herbal tea
1 hour later
- Bentonite clay, psyllium husk in water
1 - 2 hour later
- Juice cucumber , celery , ginger
- Make a pint
- Take recommended amount of chlorella & spirilina, vit b. cla
- Herbal teas & fish oils as needed
4pm approx
- Another juice
- Carrot, apple, ginger pint
6pm
- Warm garlic broth
- Herbal tea of choice
Day 2
- Book colonic today
- Follow same as Day 1
Day 4
- Breaking the fast
- 1 pot stew with brown rice Salad & fish
- Vegetable stir fry & brown rice
- Quinoa & chick pea
- Roasted garlic veg & potato
