What is IBS and how can colonics help? IBS is a group of symptoms which manifest as bowel problems like constipation and diarrhea. Colonics may help as part of a functional gut health programme that aims to identify food triggers and restore balance in gut flora.
"I often experience cramping and bloating but I have not found a solid plan of action for this. I have been told I have IBS but I am unsure how to manage it. I find it hard to get up in the morning and I am sometimes late for work because of this.

It consists of the following
Week 1: Colonic hydrotherapy - 1 hour
Week 2: Colonic hydrotherapy + Food Intolerance Test + Body MOT - 2 hours
Week 3: Colonic + Liver Coffee Enema/ Probiotic Implant - 1 hour
The good news is that colonic hydrotherapy and a solid gut health plan and food correction, can help you. IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome results from a lack of communication between the brain and the bowel . The bowel no longer recognises the call to go to the bathroom. Let us consider how the conversation between these two organs might go if they could talk. It can also be triggered by certain foods. The above plan takes into account both food related IBS triggers and historical weakening of the bowel wall, to naturally repair and restore problems resulting in IBS.
Your Body: " I know you don't like to think about the bowel very much but we really need to talk. Our lack of communication is just why we have this problem with IBS. Very few health professionals offer solid advice. But I can tell you something. We are having these problems because you have ignored the "call to go to the bathroom" for years. You never liked the bathrooms in school or in work, did you? And you always waited to go home in order to use the bathroom there. Its common though and a lot of people do this. Eventually, the brain got tired of being ignored so it stopped sending the message to our bowel when it was time to go to the bathroom. It turned down the volume on the "call to go to the bathroom" and now you don't hear it at all.....just like you don't hear me most of the time. But if we retrain the bowel with colonic hydrotherapy that message switches on again and volume gets turned up and you begin to know when you need to go.
You: "Well, I'm just very private about these things. But I still don't understand why I have loose bowel sometimes and then constipation sometimes."
Your Body: " Let me explain it to you. The loose bowel is caused by the constipation for many people. I call it "overflow". Imagine that our bowel got so full that it could not take any more. The walls around the tube of the bowel would be impacted. But the new liquid entering from the small intestines can pass through the middle. But because the entire bowel wall is impacted and there is no longer any muscular action, it falls through the middle without warning. That is why people who keep ignoring their bowel end up with IBS that often results in no warning about when they need to use the loo.
You: "Really? Well, thank goodness we are not that bad yet.
Your Body: "Well if you keep ignoring the bowel, it will happen to us in time. Thank goodness you are doing something about it, at last."
You: "I have to say, it's been very nice to talk to you like this. I've learned a lot from listening to my own body and it makes perfect sense."
Your Body: " But there is another type of IBS, the one where the bowel is just impacted right?
You: "If you don't take care of things now, you will end up with those symptoms. That's because the bowel just switches off and no muscular movement is possible. It takes years to get that bad. So lets do something now.
