Food Intolerance Testing

Understanding that gut health is the foundation of overall wellness, we also offer FDA-registered food intolerance testing using the BioScan by ITHBIO. This advanced food intolerance testing system aims to identify the root cause of your gut health and skin issues, ensuring a personalised approach to gut health nutrition. The BioScan® system from IHT (International Health Technologies) offers a non-invasive food intolerance test option which is fast and non-invasive and does not rely on blood samples  to quickly and painlessly assess the body’s response to various food stressors.

Using Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) technology, the BioScan system measures the electrical conductivity of the skin, which provides insights into the body’s meridian points and overall health status. The results are compiled into a visually intuitive report which is delivered by email.  The BioScan system combines the principles of acupuncture, homeopathy, and biofeedback to offer comprehensive health insights.

Additionally, the system’s customizable virtual library includes over 80,000 items for assessing stressors, allowing practitioners to modify protocols specific to their area of expertise. Pre-Care in Advance of BioScan

The BioScan system is ideal for those seeking a non-invasive, painless FDA registered test. Please note that you must not be taking steroids or antihistamines as these will block the recording of a response. We do not offer the treatment to those who have pace-makers. Excessive fatigue, anxiety, recent X-rays, flights, and dehydration may suppress responses. Do not book the treatment on the same day as your colonic hydrotherapy. Please prepare by balancing body in advance, and only come on a day when you feel in balance.
